More than a Post: Writing About Loss, Remembering Our Loved Ones

About this event

This writing workshop is designed for writers at all levels. Learn how to write short remembrances or “micro-memoirs.” We will craft stories recalling who we’ve lost by focusing on specific memories and details. Participants are encouraged to locate a personally important photograph or two to have with you for our prompts. Presented by Martha Greenwald who is the founding director/curator of The WhoWeLost Project (whowelost.org and whowelostky.org), and the editor of the book Who We Lost: A Portable COVID Memorial.
