Library Programs,
Make Lab
The
Make Lab will be travelling to several branches during
Teen Read Week (October 16-22) to make digital comics. We will be using
Comic Life software, digital cameras, and digital drawing pens. Comic Life software allows you to arrange your digital images (pictures or drawings) with pre-made or customizable layouts, apply filters, add speech bubbles and add text effects. If you create on paper we can use the scanner or cameras to digitize your drawings. If you are more interested in creating a story than art you can check out some free web based tools for creating comics using pre-drawn characters, props, and backgrounds.
