- NFB Newsline - A free service of the National Federation of the Blind allows subscribers to read newspapers through a touch-tone telephone. Applications are available on the National Federation of the Blind website. The Talking Book Library at the Louisville Free Public Library (phone 574-1625) will also distribute Newsline application forms.
