Kentucky General Highway Maps - "Produced by the Kentucky Department of Highways. Two series are available: 1950 and 1999. The 1950 series maps were often actually from the 1930s and 40s with only minor updates. A few of the 1999 series maps are from earlier in the 1990s."

Kentucky Cabinet for Health Services - "The Office of Vital Statistics has no records of births and deaths occurring prior to Jan. 1, 1911 except delayed records of births for those born before 1911, which have been established by affidavits and documentary evidence. Central registration of marriages and divorces began in Kentucky in June 1958. The Office of Vital Statistics has no records of marriages and divorces prior to that date."
